Weather in Sept/October

We are considering a Windstar cruise in 2008 for the end of Sept/beginning of October from Istanbul to Athens. Does anyone know if the seas will still be calm then? I am concerned about the potential for seasickness!

We are booked on the alumini cruise in October on Windspirit. If you go to weatherundeground.com you can look at the historical weather over the last several years for the time you are planning. Pretty accurate. Seas should still be ok in October

Good timing, klsrd. We're getting ready to book for late September/early October - Athens to Istanbul and were wondering the same thing. The weather seems like it should be very nice from my research, not sure on sea conditions. I'm assuming the ports should be much quieter than had we chose to go in the Summer?
