Alamo Car Rental?

Yes, I have a couple times. At the time, they ran a big drop sale, end of August, that made them the bargain rental. :)

There are all the majors at the airport, along with Payless, Dollar, Thrifty. Compare them all, be certain to figure in all taxes, they are significant.

There are several downtown pick ups as well to consider that save on taxes and fees.

I will be renting from Alamo in Anchorage. If you have an Amex card try going thru them on their website. I have an SUV for $55 perday. It was almost $150 less thru Amex. Of course you have to add on about $75 in taxes and fees.

I have rented from Alamo all over the country and have never had a problem with them.
