off topic - Florida to Bahamas?

Hey all - not sure where to put this and am hoping somebody might have some suggestions.

Next summer we're probably taking the kids to Florida (Indialantic) and would like to jump over to Nassau for a few days. Does anybody know of any shuttle/boat services that run from Miami, etc., over there? I know that the CAT/Bahamas Florida Express used to but has suspended service for now. We'd rather do that than fly...any suggestions? Thanks. :)

When I was doing some online research for our upsoming cruise out of Port Canaveral, I came across a small cruise line that goes out of there. You can either do it for the day or have the ship pick you up on the day you want to return. I don't know the name of the ship but you might check out portcanaveral.org.
