Lotus Spa Menu CB question

So I have checked out the menus and see Lotus Spa also on the menu. I am a bit confusded as to what the Lotus Spa menu means. It isnt low fat, or vegetarian. Yes I read about mind and body harmony blah blah blah, but are these healthier choices? Smaller protions :confused:

I would say they are somewhat healthier, but usually they are just more bland! For example they might have a fish dish with a butter sauce on the regular menu and the same fish with just lemon on the Lotus Spa menu.:rolleyes:
