Paritial covered balcony ?

We will be on the Grand . I am wondering if the mini-suite balconies on the Emerald deck are partial covered like the Caribe balconies.

Being from Oregon I will be a lobster before the first port :( if no shade is available.

Mini's on the Emerald are fully covered - Dolphin Mini's are fully open.

You chose wisely - there will be some sun on your balcony depending on the time of day and direction the ship is heading, but you'll have some shade as well. And as a bonus you will have almost total privacy - if you want more sun, you can always go up to the pools.
