I am not a New Yorker...but we just flew into (and out of ) JFK. We stayed in Manhatten before going out on the Victory and the taxi was $45.00 each way.

Carmel Limo and Dial 7 are 2 names I read alot about before my trip to New York last month. However, decided to just go with taxi's both from LaGuardia to our hotel and from our hotel to the pier. Sorry, I don't have numbers for them but just google them and you will find their websites.
