C & A Platinum member-how do I get my discounts?

I want to book a cruise for next summer and read about C&A discounts for members. How do I find out what kind of discount I qualify for and if there is a discount, how do I get it?

Here is all of them.

 

Platinum Balcony discount is,

$50 for 3-5 nights (not days)

$100 for 6-8 nights (not days)

$200 for 9 nights or above (not days)

 

This is per cabin, not per person.

 

When you book your next cruise, call Crown and Anchor and let them know if you booked a balcony. Do not wait for someone else to notify them. Do it yourself. These are the amounts you get depending on the length of your cruise.

You should also look for any of the coupons they post on line, or mail that apply to your cruise for Platinum. If you see one of them, call Crown and Anchor and ask what to do. ;)

I'm afraid you asked a question with to many options. Not ducking your question , but if you call 1-800-526-9723 in the morning , they can answer your questions...:)

I was afraid to answer a little bit of the ops question. I think I could have went on for days and still not answered the real question they had in mind.

Now I won't feel

they are left completely in the dark.. Take it easy....:)
