Keeping kids from getting sick before we leave on our trip?

Influenza vaccinations (for the whole family - anyone over 6 months of age) when traveling from Nov to March. Consider taking DUCORAL - an oral vaccine for traveler's diarrhea - two doses taken orally a week apart one week prior to departure.

Flu vaccine my son and I already have but what's the ducoral and what areas of travel is it recommended for. We'll only be eating on the ship so would it be recommended for us? I guess something to go look up.

Upon look up most of the information is from Canada. It basically looks good against E-coli but if you are just going to be eating on the ship it doesn't look necessary.
