on board credits from Princess

I just discovered that we have on board credits from Princess - how do I go about using them on my trip - or are they automatically in the system already and will be credited.

They will be credited to your shipboard account. Anything, including gratuities will be deducted from that, and after it is gone, then purchases will show as a charge on your account instead of a credit as you spend more than you were given in credit.

Have they been "applied" to a trip? If not, you need to have them applied against a current or future cruise. I had to have my TA apply the credit we got for our delayed brochure delivery.

I think this is correct. If you discovered them in your Princess Circle Account, then Princess or your TA needs to apply them to the cruise.
