I've seen lots of threads about these restaurants, but haven't seen the answers to my questions. We are cruising on Liberty in February.

First - What is the earliest and latest time for reservations?

Second - Is the menu the same every night or does it change during the cruise?

Third - Do the speciality restaurants have the time to handle special dietary needs?

I was definately interested in hearing from BILL-WI, love seeing your pictures. I noticed that on your cruises you eat in the speciality restaurants on a regular basis. I figured you'd be able to answer my questions. Do you eat in speciality restaurants every night?

I am not Bill, but I know most of your answers. The restaurants are open 6-9:30. The menus remain the same every night. Not sure what kind of dietary needs you have but I have a lot of food allergies and they were extremely accommodating.

So, is 9:30 the last reservation time? I have Crohn's Disease, so my digestive system is on the picky side. I would like to make a reservation for at least "Lobster night". Not to offend any of you lobster lovers out there, I know some of you are excited about that night, but seafood is one thing I have to avoid, my DH is not a big seafood eater either. Thought that would be a good night for steaks or Italian. ;)

they have a wide selection of non-seafood items. The filet mignon in either restaurant is out of this world, and not sure about whether you can have wine sauces but the demi-glace in Chops was fabulous but they did have two others to choose from.
