International Calling Cards??????

Last night while at WalMart I almost bought an AT&T Calling card. After reading the small print, I was unclear whether or not these card would work in Jamaica, Grand Cayman and/or Cozumel. According to the AT&T Direct, you are able to make calls from these places to the U.S. for a higher billing rate. What is your experience with these cards and does the telephone number receiving the call incur a charge also?

 

I planned on buying one (1) 120 minute calling card and I'd like to make sure it will work. Thanks ;)
