taxi tour for 2

What would be a fair price for a taxi tour for 2 people around the island 2-3 hours just for photo ops and sight seeing and can we find this at the docks.

Yes you can find taxis at the dock.

 

PS: Many of the taxi vehicles at the cruise docks are vans and/or safari trucks (some of which can hold up to 26 people) so the drivers usually get a few parties that are going to the same destination(s) together before heading off. Usually if you request a taxi exclusively for yourself the fare is more.
