Snorkeling in Libadee?????

My family and I will be in Libadee in December. Does anyone know of any snorkeling spots we can do on our own and not through the cruise line? We have our own snorkeling gear I would just like to find a place on our own. Thank you in advance!

the snorkeling on labadee from shore is poor.. they have recently started a snorkeling excursion which I understand is pretty good...
