Pearl Info Please?

We have cruised on Carnival (years ago) and most recently on Roral Caribbean on the Voyager and the Jewel. We are not contemplating Norwegial Pearl for a 9 day cruise in February with our 17 yr old son and his best friend + the two of us.

 

So, here are our questions:

-How does the Pearl compare to the Voyager?

-We are considering a mini suite with balcony on deck 11--any comments on the size of this (queen bed + double pull out) is this large enough for 4 people?

-What does the concierge service consist of for this category?

-We are planning to go Feb 24-March 02---this is usually some kids vacation weeks--but would/or should we expect kids on a 9 day cruise?

 

We are primarily choosing this ship because of its itinerary. These are new ports to us and of course, we like a new large ship.

 

Also does anyone have any experience with CruisesOnly as a booking agent? I spoke with them last night regarding this cruise, and last year I had a problem with a cruise booking agent who promised me a rebate and also a reduction in price occurred and it took me 3 months to get our $. So I am more cautious this year.
