Puerta Maya pier - rental cars?

Does anyone know if there are rental car offices near the Puerta Maya pier. I will be arriving off of the Princess Caribbean in a couple of weeks, and am wondering if I should reserve a car ahead of time or if there are offices right there.

I think Executive is right there at the pier. Although it's low season, you may want to reserve a car in advance because somedays we have 5 or 6 cruise ships in port. I know AVIS is at the International Pier next door to Puerta Maya if you prefer a name you are familiar with.
