view from Westerdam verandah deck balcony

Can anyone tell me if the view from the balcony on the Westerdam verandah deck (stateroom 5070) will overlook lifeboats below on the upper promenade deck??? it seeems like you cant look down over your balcony and see the water it seems there will be life boats there???? :confused:

Yes, you'll also see water - just look up...
