Driving to South Beach

WE are staying near the airport precruise January 3. We are wanting to rent a car and do a little sightseeing. Is there public parking at South Beach if we wanted to check out the beach or is there a better beach to head to? We'd like to get a flavor of Miami. Thanks

Lots of public parking in South Beach.

I'd also head to Key Biscayne and Bill Baggs State Park. Breathtaking views and pristine beaches.

Little Havana, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables will also give you a taste of Miami. Take a tour of Vizcaya.
