Ecstasy Flooded...Stuck at Sea???

Has anyone else heard this? Rumor has it there have been reports about the Carnival Ecstasy being stuck at sea and flooding...unable to return to its homeport. Did I miss something? :eek:

Watched sail away today. From the tracking site looks like she's facing 25 kt winds from the N. Probably slow her down some.

According to that website, if she left Coz at 1630, and reported from Cancun area at midnight, that's only an hour's sail time...maybe she is having problems!

They should do a noon update on that site, if form holds...check after 1230, if there's no progress, or if they're back in Progreso, then "Houston, we have a problem!"...until then, I reserve my judgement. Also, if anyone gets a call from Carnival telling them to report to the pier for a midnite boarding on Sunday, please let us know...:eek:

From what I was told it's a general sprucing up... that and a 22'X12' LCD TV on the Lido Deck in the pool area!
