Is 4 hours enough time to disembark and get to Treviso Airport Venice

We are going on the Musica in August and are due into port at 8am. The flight we need to book leaves Treviso Airport (approx 1 hour drive) at 12.05pm. Is this enough time to get through customs and to the airport in time for our flight?
