I had room 8359- starboard on the Valor--- Great room, only once did I hear chairs above me and that was only at 10:00 one night--- Never had a problem sleeping and the room was in a great location, there is also a laundry room right down the hall--- Also close to an elevator. Next time I book I'm thinking of getting a room in that same location.
