Segways?

Did a search and nothing on "Segway" in Key West, so though I'd ask for some info.

 

So, can you rent Segways in Key West? Somewhat dated info I found, suggests that the local gov't was considering some action, either for or against these "Human transporters".

 

Any local knowledge out there on the subject, would be much appreciated! :)

No Segways in Key West. The city council passed an ordinance against their use sometime back.
