jhannah Posted November 15, 2007 #3 Share Posted November 15, 2007 Here's a fun site that shows a dot for every aircraft in the air over the U.S. in real time. Look around the links and you'll see some amazing time lapse animations.
GmaPajama Posted November 15, 2007 #4 Share Posted November 15, 2007 Fascinating. We have 2 airports here in Chicago. One is doing just fine, the other has delays of over an hour - due to wind conditions. Just one of O'Hare's thousand excuses - the wind is ok a few miles away at Midway. Could that have something to do with Weather Conditions being a delay that requires no compensation to the passengers? I best not get started here - my O'Hare button gets pushed too easily. Better to go bake some cookies and pretend I didn't see that site. :)
