Curacao Sea Aquarium?

Has anyone gone to the Curacao Sea Aquarium? Did you do the Animal Encounters dive or snorkel? Would you recommend it, and what is the best way to get there from the ship?

My daughter and I did the Animal Encounters dive a couple years ago. Neither one of us had been diving before and we had a blast.

The best way to get there is by taxi.

We did the Sea Aquarium last December. I thought it was so-so.

We took the bus to it, which you catch in town, and a taxi back. I think we got the bus info from the "Destinations" part of the CC site.

We did the Animal Encounters Dive in May, thought it was great. The Seaquarium is a small place, but they run a great program with dolphin shows, sealion shows, and several educational seminars throughout the day.

 

I thought it was a great way to spend the day, and would recommend it to anyone.

 

We were with a group of 8, and we took a taxi from the ship.

This is a GREAT excursion but book it directly not with the cruise line as it's almost half the cost.

 

My wife and I did it in May on the AOS May 5th sailing.
