In the dining areas can you request a table for two? What about other restaurants?

On our last 11-day cruise, we ate ONLY at tables for two in the main dining rooms and in the specialty restaurants. The one exception was the Sushi Bar, when we sat at the counter. (There are no tables there, at least not on the Gem).

You can request table for one. It is freestyle.

yes, usually when you enter you will be asked if you want to sit with others or just want a table for two. The speicailty restaurants you make a reservation for whatever size table you want.
