cute, interesting program. they talk (mostly) about disney and such, but do discuss the easy of auto-tipping/surcharges and how most of the cruiselines are doing it. for a newbie it's great...talks about why NOT to get to the ship early, for embarking. leaving luggage out at night, for disembarking...it is a good, overall, look at cruising.

I didn't see the program but I'm curious. Why do they recommend not embarking early?

don't arrive too early for embarking, nothing to do at the docks but sit and wait. the ship isn't ready until after 11am, give the crew a chance to get ready for your cruise.

they explained that for disembarking, you put the luggage in the halls to be picked up and make sure you don't pack what you need the next day. etc.

the times it airs may be different for different cable companies, watch for the programs, it is interesting.
