Earliest Return Flight From Baltics Cruise

We need help from past cruisers to Baltics. I'm posting this on several boards. My sister-in-law is joining us on a cruise to the Baltics, and she needs to get return flight from Heathrow to Hong Kong. What is your experience about the time needed after docking to go through customs, disembark, and then travel to Heathrow? I realize she must be there a couple of hours before her flight as well. Thanks.
