Sea Spi & Beach Break RCCL Tour Question

Hi:

 

We'll be on the Jewel of the Seas in a month for our New Years Eve cruise and undecided as to what to do in Nassau. RCCL has a tour that is the Sea Spi & Beach Break for $99 each and I was just wondering if it was worth the price; and has anyone done this tour and have any comments or suggestions?

 

From the description it is a small electric personal watercraft where you look thru the viewing glass viewing the fish. It's on Blackbeards Cay Beach, where you can also buy drinks and eat lunch. We've been to Nassau several times, but never visited this beach before.

 

Any comments?

Although the idea is a good one, there really isnt' any sea life to see in the area around Blackbeards Cay.

 

This may be fun, but don't expect a reef or an area teaming with fish. You might see one or two if you are lucky. The swimming area has a lovely white sandy bottom.
