SPman00 Posted December 2, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 2, 2007 I've been to the Bahamas before and it was too cold to swim in January. How is the water temperature at NCL's private Island in the winter? Sailing in a week

How is the water temperature at NCL's private Island in the winter? Sailing in a week In a week it should be ok. Still warmish from summer and the gulf stream. I have swam at GSC in January and February and it was ok....people from the North East find it ok mostly
SPman00 Posted December 2, 2007 Author #3 Share Posted December 2, 2007 I expect our other stops to be substantially warmer, just wondered how the Island would be
bluesea777 Posted December 2, 2007 #4 Share Posted December 2, 2007 We were at GSC on 31 Dec and the water was too cold for our liking as we prefer warmer sea. The sea in Southern Caribbean was lovely though - warmer, of course, than GSC. We snorkelled in USVI and BVI and the water was lovely too.
