cel phone charges/Canadians vs calling card

Any Canadians on NCL recently able to provide details on charges for cel phone use on the ship(s)?

Rogers specifically?

Options for use of phones or buying calling cards and using at port?

Thanks!

We sail Dec. 15 :D

I used my cell phone with Rogers last January on RCCL, I don't think it matters which cruise line your on, but more where you are going. You can call Rogers and they will give you the cost per minute depending where you are.

We were on an eastern caribbean cruise, at all of the ports, I was only charged as if I was calling to the states, I think about $1.75 per minute. There was only one port that was more expensive, I believe it was Bahamas, If I called from that area, it was about $4.75 per minute.

I remember my cell phone bill wasn't very much at all when I got home.:) I'll be bringing it with me when we cruise NCL this January!

Happy cruising!

Kim.
