fuel surcharges on cruisetour

Has anyone else gotten a fuel surcharge invoice including the nights spent on the land portion of their cruisetour? I did. It doesn't seem right, since some of the days of the land portion we are not even traveling (multi-night stays at Princess Denali and Mt. McKinley lodges.

 

I plan on calling my TA tomorrow to inquire about this.

As a follow up to my earlier post, the fuel surcharge for the land portion of the cruise tour was an error by costco. They have adjusted my invoice accordingly. I would advise anyone in the same boat (no pun intended) to check their invoices on cruisetours, and call your travel agent if incorrect.
