Just back from 11/24 RT St. Thomas

We had done the same cruise about the same time in 05, so we had a good basis for comparison. Overall I would say little has changed the things people like about Windstar are still intact. There were some people on board focused on documenting every little difference since the change of ownership(we tried to avoid them). It appear these people came on board with that as their mission. The service was good all over the ship. The food was similar to our experience in 05, the head chef Jason was the same as on our 05 cruise. Much of the bar and dining staff seemed to be people who had been with Windstar for years. However; most of the senior officers appeared to be new to Windstar and new to this itinerary this being the first RT St. Thomas cruise of the season you could definitely tell they were feeling their way thru it a little bit.
