water side restaurant?

We will visiting GC in February. My husband would like to find a restaurant/bar/grill on the water where we can just hang out. I was thinking about the Royal Palms on 7 mile beach. Or even a place near downtown or the port that is on the water.

We just want a nice place to hang out for the day. Any ideas?
