Not including cost of cruise, we got the deluxe romance package which is $1525, includes everything for up to 20 guests. That's why i went with carnival, much cheaper!

It may seem like a bit more than the Carnival packages, but this included the video and photos which is a LOT cheaper than what Carnival could have ever given me. Just the 40 photos alone would have put us over their basic offshore beach wedding package price of $1995 which didn't include the costs of photos and video. They wanted $695 for the video on top of that and God only knows how much for the photos! :)

 

This also included limo transportation (not a taxi like TWE gives), lunch, an island tour, the 'upgraded' flowers (TWE is just the basic ones), the floral arch, the steel pan player, etc.. Those are all 'extra' costs with Carnival.

 

Just wanted to explain the costs a little bit more in detail! :)

 

ETA- We can have up to 25 guests at no additional cost.

About $5k for 52 people, which includes roundtrip transportation to our ceremony site on the island (we didn't book through the cruise line). This is for all the legal docs, officiant, location, decorations, flowers, mini reception (cake, champagne, fruit platter), photo and DVD package, dove release, and a fabulous wedding coordinator (TWJ). We are also doing a ship reception after dinner with 2 hour open bar and a DJ for about $1k.

Ours was about $1450 I believe on the Carnival Fantasy. We got the ceremony and 1 hour reception. Includes everything for the ceremony and reception, but not the license, which is only about $30. This is for 20 people.

I have roughly estimated that in total we will spend around $5K on our wedding/recpetion. I was shocked that it cost this much! I guess I am just cheap. But my father has given me the money and told me to do as I wish so I am trying to spend a little as possible and keep the rest :).

We also paid for 16 of our cruising guests. But you can get out reasonable if you pay for the wedding and your cruise only. We had a budget and were able to pay for our family to come and still be within our budget..

No, that was not through Carnival. That price was through Weddings...Beyond Your Imagination in Barbados. Carnival was way more expensive for everything we had that day.
