Parasailing in Nassau or Freeport??

Nassau has parasailing at both Paradise Island and Cable Beach.
Freeport has parasailing at Port Lucaya.

As far as I know, both places are around $45-50 per person.

Which place is the best to go parasailing at?

I've done it at both places, Atlantis and Cable Beach and honestly I don't think it much matters which. The scenery is beautiful at both places. The guys at Cable beach video taped us (on our camcorder) and when we watched it back they had taped themselves on there acting like they were going to cut the rope w/a knife, so we got a kick out of that.
