Non smokers will be very happy with the Qv.

You can only smoke on deck 3 and 10 and in the casino area and your cabin.

All other bars are Non smoking as are all other public rooms.

I smoke and would smoke in the casino and on deck its no big deal.

The trouble with keeping smokers penned into their cabins is that the cabins are far more likely to smell of smoke for the next occupant.

Can you be more specific?

 

"Deck 3 and Deck 10" doesn't really say anything .... is it only outdoors?

Can one smoke indoors in some of the bars and lounges?

The only place you are allowed to smoke inside is the Casino area and in the enclosed Cigar room :D

 

All other public area`s including all bars is non-smoking ;)

 

Smoking outside is also restricted to deck 3 starboard and deck ten foward and aft !!!! :rolleyes:

I am surprised to hear that one can smoke in the cabin on QV. My cabin had no ashtray yet there has always been one on the QE2. It is very useful for keeping odd pieces of jewellery in! There was very little smoking and it was great that "The Golden Lion" was smoke free.
