Sunday shopping hours in December

I will be in Barbados from 7 am to 6 pm on Sunday Dec 12. I know in many ports the stores are closed on Sundays, but I think I read on the old board that during December some stores have limited hours.

I am about to pre-book my shore excursions and I wondered about that. Do these stores have limited Sunday hours. And do those stores open at normal time and close around noonish, or do they open about noonish and close at 5ish.

The main items I am looking for are batik and tropical print fabrics, spices and locally made crafts.
