Rental Car Port Of Miami

What rental car companies have a shuttlr to/from the Port of Miami. I tried Budget and Avis and struck out. Surely one of them will drop off/pickup from this port. Thanks

Avis has a shuttle bus that you can catch at the port. It will take you to their Miami Airport rental location. We used it this past January. Dropped us off right at our rental.

We use Dollar as they have the best shuttle service between the Port of Miami and MIA that we have found.

Hi!

I'm cruising in November, and I'll be returning my Dollar rental car to MIA. How do we catch the free shuttle to the pier? I didn't even know they offered this service ....

Hertz has one that is ok as well. It only runs to about 5...

Just got off the Navigator on Monday. We rented from Dollar. As we came out of the terminal, I saw 2 Alamo buses driving off, as we got closer to the curb, I saw some blue and yellow through the other buses....Dollar! Waved him down, he stopped, loaded us up and off we went! I think I saw an Avis bus too.

Does it work both ways though? If I drop off my rental car at MIA - is there service through the rental companies to the pier? And about what time were you off of the ship? (I'm just wondering if I should get a rental car to FLL instead of paying for a cab?)

They have shuttles to and from the pier. The price is very good and the service is wonderful. They have a Quicksilver program that makes checking the car in and out painless. The vehicles are GM and I've never had a complaint about the condition of the vehicle. I've rented both cars and SUV's. If you fly into Fort Lauderdale you can drop off at Miami, last time there was a $15 drop off charge.
