No Excursions Offered for Puerto Chiapas??

Departing Ft. Lauderdale on the Maasdam for 15 day Panama Canal Cruise on January 25th. To date, the HAL booking tool has no excursions offered for Puerto Chiapas. A recent e-mail to HAL elicited a response that HAL was still working things out with the respective tour operators. Hmm ... Anyone ever run into something like this before?
