RCI Sale?

I know about a month or so back they were offering a discount on the deposit - anyone know if they will be offering anything (on board credits, deposit discounts, upgrades) anytime soon?

 

Also has anyone found an agency or website that typically has better deals the the RCI website?

They have had a couple of those sales in the last year though I have not heard of any upcoming ones. RCCL does not allow TA's or online sites to discounts their cruises so the price will be the same on the RCCL as any TA unless you happen to stumble on one that is holding group space.

Cruisecritic regulations do not allow any posters to mention any specific travel agencies. As far as RCI is concerned, you can check for price reductions or other discounts by checking their website. There really is no rhyme or reason to upgrades...the upgrade fairy just strikes where and when the mood suits !!!

 

Some TA's do offer OBC as an incentive/extra perk for booking with them and you can also get OBC if you own at least 100 shares of RCI stock or if you book a cruise while on another cruise. There is also a Royal Caribbean Visa card that offers OBC if you garner enough points.
