Wipe Outon the Freedom?

What is wipe out on the Freedom? I saw it on the deck plans on deck 13 I think --

next to the flow rider.

It's a small bar. You can get a cocktail and watch the people on the Flowrider. There can be some interesting falls and wardrobe malfunctions on the flowrider. On the other side of Wipeout is the sign up area for the flowrider.
