What entertainment is not to be missed on the conquest?

Last year on the Grand Princess, we just had to leave it was that bad. Hope to avoid that this year, thats why we booked carnival. The entertainment on elation was really outstanding. Hoping thats a common thread through out all the boats. Anyway, what shows are not to be missed and what shows are a bust? Not just shows but any entertainment.
