Who is the best dive operator in Tortola and why?

I went out with AquaVentures BVI. They have a nice operation right near the cruise dock. Big fast boat, lots of room and shade. They only take small groups. On my dives, it was just me and a guy staying in the island all week. They tailored the sites to our taste (the current was too swift to dive the Rhone that day) and experience. All in all, a great experience.

I went diving with Dive Tortola. Their boat was very easy to get on and off and the crew of three was very helpful and professional. We were a group of 11 and had more than enough room for gear and to move around.
