Fat Tuesday celebrations?

While this will be my first cruise and I am sure every night will be a celebration, I was wondering if RC did anything special to celebrate Fat Tuesday/Carnival/Mardi Gras.

 

I am looking forward to a very interesting trip.:)

I am sailing on my third cruise, BUT, first with RCL in 10 days. I have read in other areas here at CC that the Voyager (not sure of the other ships) does have a Madri Gras parade one night.

One of the best cruise we ever took was a Mardi Gras cruise on the Empress(2003) outta Tampa......we were docked in New Orleans from Monday till Wednesday(the week that ended mardi Gras)...........the ship was our floating hotel and we were able to walk to all the parades and celebrations of Fat Tuesday........it was sooooooooo much fun.......wish RCCL would do one of those again.........
