B2B questions

Does anybody know if the laundry rooms are open during the time one group is disembarking till the next group is embarking?

Also, if one chooses to get off the ship to visit the port city, do you then have to wait in the same lines with the embarking guests to re-board or is there a quicker way back on?

Thanks.

You have to get off the ship to get your new sail and sign card. I would assume that if you left the building that you would have to wait in line with everyone else.

As for the laundry...they usually run a special the last sea day...whatever you can shove in the bag for a very reasonable price....it's definitely worth it.

on our b2b on the freedom we neither had to leave the ship or stand in line. we only had to go to the place that you exit for a new photo on the new cards that had been delivered to our room. and yes, the laundry room was open, a great time to use it!

We are doing our third b2b in March on the Glory. Carnival has always provided everything for us.

We go to a special room, OJ, coffee, danish etc. We provide our passports and ID,. we get our new cards. No fuss no muss. We get off for our new pictures with a pass and get right back on board.

We left once for a quick trip to the market, did some shopping, came back and presented our pass and bypassed everone. I did the the "we're going to the head o the line dance." We were allowed right back on board, no problems.

The look on everyone's face, Priceless.

OK the price of the second cruise, but it's only money. What a treat it is to do a b2b.
