Pool Bar on Vision of the Seas?

Our Feb. 24th Roll Call (first time Vision cruisers so far) would appreciate knowing if there is a bar by the pool where we can meet after muster. Would weather at that time prevent a meeting poolside? Does anyone know or does anyone have a better suggestion as to where we might meet for a drink?

Yes, there is a Pool Bar on the Vision - and I spent a good deal of time there in November.;) We also had the Pool Bar as a place to meet after Muster; and the Viking Crown Lounge as an alternate if it was raining.
