Port Of Miami.....Dollar rental

I have reserved a car with Dollar for "Port of Miami pick up only" on the day we return.

Has anyone done this? Do you need to call them for the shuttle to the car? Do they automatically drive the shuttle around and pick up people?

Do you have to walk to a certain location from your ship's dock?
