If we are flying in the day before will the carnival shuttle pick you up then or not? Wishful thinking on my part i am guessing.

We're sailing with Royal ,Caribbean so I can only answer for them. They only pick up at the airport on the day of sailing - not the day prior. I believe Carnival would be the same. Why not give them a call directly, that's what I would do.
