Cruise booking onboard

My wife and I are looking to book a Celebrity Cruise for December but the thought occurred to me that there may be a booking agent onboard ship (as we are sailing on the Quest in a couple of weeks) who may offer a discount to the celebrity website.

 

Does anyone know if they have such an agent onboard (I recall they do on the larger X ships) and also whether they would offer Celebrity bookings as well as Azamara.
