Tour Operators Suggestions

[Shocker]

We are cruising on the Oosterdam to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatian, and Puerto Vallarta leaving 4/19/08. Because of the crowds and the price I do not like using the ship for excursions. Can anyone recommend tour operators that are good from tours you have experienced and how to contact them. Also if you experienced a bad tour let me know who to avoid. Thank you all in advance and if you are going to be on this ship let me know and we can meet up for a drink.

We used Frank's associate, Alfredo, in Puerto Vallarta in October. I highly recommend them both. While I did not meet Frank, I did communicate with him via e-mail while setting up my PV tour. He was very professional. If I ever got back to Mazatlan I will book a tour with Frank, but we did Stone Island for the first visit.
