Island Marketing - Beach Break - Anyone done this

Ijust got information from Island Marketing for the Beach Break they offer in Playa Del Carmen/Calica. The resort they use is Grand Coco Bay. Has anyone been to this resort thru Island Marketing excursions.

 

I went out to the direct website for this hotel and it did not get such good reviews. Makes me wonder if this excursion is worth my money or not.
